Registration Instructions
Swimmers are welcome at all times throughout the year, but the main registration windows are before the start of our larger seasons, in September and March. Check back on this page for registration materials to become available, or contact us about prorated season dues for other start times.
Registration as a member in good standing of Barracudas Aquatics Club consists of two parts:

Team Registration, including accepting the season dues as well as reading and signing the following waivers (embedded in registration process):
- Terms & Conditions
- Code of Conduct
- COVID-19 Liability Waiver
- MAAPP Policy (read on this page, acknowledge during registration)

USA Swimming Registration - IMPORTANT: All swimmers are REQUIRED to be in good standing for team insurance purposes and to compete in meets. Access USA Swimming Registration Portal
- Unsure if it's time to renew? Starting 9/4/25, you will receive an update within your BAC Registration confirmation email outlining your current USA Swimming status.
- USA Swimming offers three levels of Membership for Barracudas Swimmers: Premium,* or Flex Click here to find more information
- *We recommend the Premium Membership (only needs to be renewed every 12 months and is best value)
Season Discounts
There are multiple ways to received discounts within a season with BAC. Each are explained below and have been adjusted from previous seasons. Please speak to Paula Lee for more information.
Multiple Swimmers Discount
These registration discounts are automatically applied during registration IF registration occurs at the same time. Please speak with Paula if signing up a sibling partway through a season.
- Second swimmer/family = $25 Discount/Full Season
- Third summer/family = $50 Discount/Full Season
- Fourth swimmer/family = $100 Discount/Full Season

BAC Super Parent
These special roles receive a $50 discount for the Fall/Winter or Spring/Summer session. (limited space for all of these, please contact Paula for availability)
- USA Swim Officials
- BAC Advisory Board Parent Representatives

Volunteer Leadership - take one of these roles during our 3 hosted meets (requires a ton of outside hours)
- Hospitality Coordinator
- Concession Coordinator
- Meet Equipment Manager
Scholarship Program
If your swimmer is a part of your school district's Reduced/Free Lunch program we do offer reduced season fees based upon your financial standing. Please contact Paula for more information before registering for a season.
